Vote for Anna White Ferraraccio, West Virginia District 41!
Anna's Priorities
Anna’s priorities for District 41 are centered around addressing key issues that affect the community’s well-being and future prospects:
* Immediately restore Women’s Rights to make their own decisions about when, and if they want to start a family
* Increase all Public Education Employees, Bus Drivers, Teachers, Janitors, Cafeteria Staff, by at least 30%
* Fight Corporate Greed that forces ALL West Virginia Businesses to pay expensive power bills, and investing in high paying jobs for middle class Americans.
Free 24/7 Child Care
Immediate 30% raise for all public employees involved in Education.
Our children are the heart of our communities, the promise of our future, and the most precious assets we possess. Yet, as we navigate the challenges of modern life, many working families find themselves in a difficult position, struggling to balance their careers with the care their little ones need.
We already have a robust framework in place—our public schools. From Kindergarten through high school graduation, these institutions serve as a foundation for our children’s education. But why stop there? Let’s extend this vital support to our youngest citizens by integrating daycare services into the public school system.
Imagine a world where parents can drop off their infants in a safe, nurturing environment, knowing that they are receiving quality care while they work. This is not just a convenience; it’s a lifeline for families, especially for those who work night shifts and need reliable nighttime childcare.
To make this vision a reality, we must also address the urgent need for our educators. West Virginia’s teachers need an immediate, significant pay raise. They are the backbone of our education system, and we must ensure they are compensated fairly for their dedication and hard work. Investing in our teachers is investing in our children’s future.
We have the programs and resources available to make this a reality. By embracing this change and supporting our educators, we can provide working families with the options they desperately need, ensuring that every child has a strong start in life.
Let’s come together to advocate for our children and support the families who nurture them. Our future depends on it.
We trust women to make their own choices about reproductive health
We are living and state with a TRUMP ABORTION BAN. Jim Justice absolutely crowed like a peacock when he signed that bill 2 years ago. Women in West Virginia have no rights at all. Abortion is 100% a crime in WV.
The current republican lawmakers have been working overtime to pass new laws to limit birth control and IVF and create draconian laws to punish anyone who helps a woman get necessary care. Right now, if medical doctor provides routine medical care for women going through a painful miscarriage, the doctor is risking losing his or her medical license, years in prison, huge fines and will be branded a criminal for life.
Do you really believe that providing health care options for women should be a crime?
Democrats trust women to make their own health care decisions.

Eliminate Demand Billing for Businesses by Investing in Renewable Energy Jobs
Demand Billing forces WV small businesses to pay exorbitant rates, calculated from their highest 15-minute energy usage. Despite the declining coal industry, investing in clean energy jobs offers a promising alternative. WV has the potential to generate over 70% of its electricity from wind and solar by 2035. The Infrastructure Act provides incentives for businesses investing in solar energy jobs, as coal-fired power plants are scheduled for retirement. Clean energy job creation is on the rise and offers a positive impact on the economy. Urgent action is needed now to benefit from this growth.
